Found a car we were interested in online and rang Max Ouzas Prestige Cars to book a test drive. From the moment I made the call we were given exceptional customer service by Dean. Dean's relaxed and friendly demeanour made the whole process so easy and comfortable. He was very responsive to all my questions and texts and kept me informed throughout the process. I cannot recommend Maz Ouzas (and especially Dean) highly enough. My daughter is now enjoying her new (and first) car. Thank you Dean !

My wife and I just bought a second hand car from Max Ouzas and we cannot be happier. I think we got the cheapest best luxury car ever. Bill was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His brother Nick is an awesome guy too. The rest of the team seem lovely also. They run their family business with etiquette and personality, which I love. They know the cars inside and out and are honest to deal with. I'd love to recommend Max Ouzas to anyone that wants a prestige vehicle but doesn't want to pay the hefty price for a new car. Friendly service from Bill and the team. Offered me an umbrella for the walk back to my car and showed me a closer place to park on a rainy day. Bill made sure my new car was serviced and even tinted the windows at a discount before I bought it. Quite happy with their service and would recommend them to friends and family looking for a new car.

I bought a car from Bill, the transaction was fine and seemed amicable. The car has had endless issues and within the warranty period I made various requests to return and replace the car, siting that my priority is reliability due to a busy life. The car (2018 Disco SD6) is a complete lemon, it’s been into mechanic after mechanic with electrical and other issues. I would not recommend Max Ouzas, they simply ignored my requests, emails, phone calls towards the end of the warranty period and I’m left footing the bill and spending my life dealing with issues. Incredibly disappointing based on the promises of great service I was given and te premium I paid for the car. Update- I tried to sell the car (8 months and $10k of bills later) and found out I’d been mis-sold the car. The advertised SD6 was in fact a TD6, which is fantastic because it gives me legal precedence to take action against these cowboys. They can treat me like a fool and deliver a terrible customer experience, fine, but they broke the law and handed me a perfect chance to seek proper justice.

Very Pathetic Service, I booked the car but could not arrange the funds so i requested to give back my deposited money but they stopped pick up my calls and have not reverted back to my emails, On one side they deal with premium cars for value above $150,000 and on other side they cannot even refund an amount of $500. Such a double standard company. No email is mentioned for compaints, I would humble request you, please initiate my refund as it is very hard earned money which can’t keep like this. I would never recommend anyone to buy cars from them.

I would not recommend anyone buy from this company! I was first insulted about the condition of my car I was trading in which obviously reflects on what he thinks of me. Clearly as he didn’t ring me back with his “best offer” I’m not good enough or in his class of acceptable buyers. He was arrogant, egotistical, obnoxious and superficial. He shouldn’t judge a book buy it’s cover regardless of what price of car I was buying. I won’t be referring him so his attitude will only lose him future business. He ignored me half the time because I wasn’t already driving a Porsche or wearing Chanel so why would I want to buy a cheaper car? I could be married to a millionaire for all he knows but should that matter? I’m happy to buy my car elsewhere with someone who likes all people no matter what they look like or what they drive. So don’t be fooled by these sales reps they are just wolves in nice suits.
